What is it about?

Link your purpose with the intended value you want to capture for your stakeholders. Go a step further and brainstorm on the possible value missed with your current idea. Is your solution capturing every possible value or are there missed opportunities or even value destroyed in the process?

Brainstorming on hidden value, missed value, etc.. can help you define further how your business idea can solve some challenges.

Steps to conduct this activity

Step 1: Add your business purpose in the inner most circle.

Step 2: Map the current value captured across your stakeholders – your initial ideas should clarify what benefits for which stakeholders.

Step 3: Map the value missed and destroyed across stakeholders: is there something missing, not valorised?

Step 4: Map the value opportunities across stakeholders: something you could develop further?
